Welcome to the FAQ! This is where common questions are answered! If you have any questions feel free to contact me or any other staff members!
Q: How does roleplay work here?
A: OoW's roleplay style is semi-literate, meaning you don't have to know university level grammar. We RP in a similar style to the books, in third person. (eg: Firepaw walked over to the leader and purred.) If you want a more in depth version of what third person is, click here!
Q: Why are there so many accounts from 2015?
A: OoW was made in late 2014. Unfortunately, in early 2015 a lot started happening in my life and I couldn't handle the site. Now, I am free again and things will be better than ever. I have also matured quite a bit too, so that is a very helpful thing to have!
Q: Is every "event" like a book?
A: Sort of. Each event will last, depending on the event, 5-8 months. After the event, a new one will start maybe a month later. All characters are kept
Q: Did OoW restart?
A: Yes, because of inactivity. It won't be restarting again though!
Q: How often are gatherings?
A: Gatherings will happen once every three moons, most likely at the end.
Q: How often do Medicine Cats meet?
A: Unlike the original clans, the Medicine Cats in the OoW timeline meet every two moons.
Q: What is the aging system for OoW?
A: 3 moons= 1 month
Q: How many high rank cats can you have?
A: One Med. Cat/MCA, One leader, either gang or clan, and one deputy.
Q: Do city gangs count as high ranks?
A: Only leaders.
Q: Are you allowed to make disabled cats whenever you want, or is there a limit?
A: Yes. You can make them whenever you want, but don't make sixty of them.
Q: What is the character limit?
A: The limit for the official roleplay is ten characters. Three can be high ranks, and the other seven have to be normal ranks.
Q: How many wildcats/kittypets can you have?
A: In the clans, you can have three kittypets and one wildcat. For rogues/loners you can have as many as of either as you want, and for the city you can have as many kittypets as you want, as long as you stay in the character limit!
